Our shabu-shabu uses hot spring water (Ryuseki water) which has consecutively received the Monde Selection Gold award! This "Ryuseki water" is a drinkable natural hot spring water which is found 750m underground of Hita, Ooita Prefecture, Kyushu. Enjoy the high-quality local meat for shabu shabu which is cooked in our special broth made with drinkable natural hot spring water "Ryuseki water". We offer many brands of Sake for you to enjoy to your heart's content.
