How to enjoy Syabu-syabu
しゃぶしゃぶの召し上がり方



Course contents
① Add chopped green onions, garlic, and ichimi (Japanese spicy seasoning) in the ponzu sauce (vinegar seasoning) to your liking
② Add garlic, Chinese chili bean sauce and ichimi (Japanese spicy seasoning) in the sesame-based sauce to your liking
③ Add firm vegetables first in the soup
④ Using your chopsticks, put the meat in the pot and swing it as if it is swimming in the soup
This swinging action is referred to as "Syabu-syabu", therefore it became to be called "Syabu-syabu"
⑤ The beef is best eaten when it is pale pink, do not overcook
Please enjoy it with the sauce of your choice
⑥ Please be sure to cook pork meat well
⑦ Please do not overcook the leaf vegetables, enjoy them while they are crisp
(Depending on your liking, simmer the vegetables longer, if you want to enjoy soften vegetables)
⑧Finish off by adding noodles to the pot is recommended


①ポン酢に青ネギを入れ、にんにく、一味も好みで入れる
②ごまだれにお好みでにんにく、豆板醤、一味を入れる
③かたい野菜を先にだし汁に入れる
④お肉を箸でだし汁の中を泳がせるように揺すって加熱します
この動作を「しゃぶしゃぶ」と言うことからこの料理は「しゃぶしゃぶ」と呼ばれています
⑤牛肉は煮過ぎず薄桃色ぐらいがもっとも美味しい状態です
お好みのたれで召し上がってくっださい
⑥豚肉はしっかりと過熱してください
⑦葉野菜はあまり煮過ぎず歯ごたえのある内にお召し上がりください
(お好みにもよりますので野菜を柔らかくしたい方は長めに煮てください)
⑧〆は中華麺がおすすめです

How to enjoy tomato Sukinabe
トマトすき鍋の召し上がり方



Course contents
① Spread the beef tallow evenly around the pot
② Put in and bake tomato, white leek and onion
③ Put in meat and bake, at the same time pour in the warishita (sukiyaki stock)
④ After the beef is cooked, please take the meat and dip it into the beaten egg before eating
For pork meat, please make sure to cook well.
⑤ Put in the remaining vegetables in the pot, pour in the warishita (sukiyaki stock) and simmer
⑥ Please dip it into the beaten egg before eating
⑦ Please tell the staff, if there is not enough soup or if the soup has become too spicy
⑧ For the finishing dish, we recommend adding udon (noodles) in the pot
You can also add rice in the pot

⑦鍋の中のたれが足りない時又は辛くなった時は従業員に申し付けてください
⑧〆はうどんがおすすめです
